PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION:
Since 2004, David has been employed with the Sinclair Community College Fast Forward Center/Montgomery County
Out-of-School Youth Initiative in Dayton, OH. The Fast Forward Center is nationally recognized, county-wide,
dropout recovery initiative. Fast Forward serves as a resource center for students, parents, and community
agencies. The Fast Forward Center serves students 16-21 who have either dropped out of high school or are
having significant truancy issues. In May 2010, David became Fast Forward Center Manager after previously
serving as Program/Budget Manager for the initiative.
David has dedicated his professional career
to serving at-risk youth. Prior to joining Sinclair Community College, he served as a counselor for an
alternative high school, juvenile probation officer, corrections officer, and assistant therapist in a
juvenile rehabilitation center.
David is currently pursuing his doctorate in education at Creighton University.
